When a shareholder posed a question to you last month, you replied news would be issued when the deal was finalized. Yet no PR was released by ATYG to their shareholders:

6. In your update, you mention introducing us to our new "officer" and partner after the deal has been completed in January. What does "Officer" mean, is this person going to be the CEO, or what would their status be? How will this affect the share structure?
"I cannot discuss this right now. We are still finalizing the deal. There will be a PR once complete."

One more question, What responsible CEO who cares about his shareholders would choose Falso - A serial reverse split specialist - to take over the company operations?
