The SEC also stresses the necessity of audited fins.
The market is dictating right now that audited fins and accountability are long overdue and should take top priority, especially under the present circumstances. That is the first thing any serious investor will look for. Nobody is taking the NEWS seriously anymore...the stock just goes down further on news.
