YA has made it VERY clearly that they are open to Neomedia seeking alternative financing. Never before has YA done that. It only makes sense that LM take advantage. Not only LM. Our BODs have contacts and so does KL Gates. And surely if YA wants out bad enough, they can suggest other sources of financing.
Speaking of Qode, clicking on Qode.com leads you right back to neom.com.I like the name Qode Services also. It fits.
Here's another question to ponder:
Does this have anything to do with Europe?

Speaking of Europe, why haven't we seen any contracts since the patent confirmation?
