I think that restitution will apply to people who bought during the fake PR period - in which case the pref holders etc wouldn't count.

Probably all theoretical anyway - I bet TM doesn't have that level of assets in his name - unless perhaps somebody manages to bust the M5 or whatever it's called trust.
