mrogop...Right, everything takes longer than three weeks. My point was that it didn't JUST happen because they discovered oil and discovered that it straddled. They just started drilling in January!!!
It's hard to imagine any person/company predicitng the delays that led to this scenario, but it's not so hard to imagine if they also caused the delays, eh?
