No it is not.

I have the opportunity to make some measurements with a very expensive Fluke-oscilloscope in the next couple of month. Perhaps I can provide you some numbers. (I am more interested on the impact of Bluetooth Low Energy but why not examining the difference between LTE, Qualcomm-Super-Pixie-Dust-LTE and HSDPA at the same time).
