Give her a calculator.

Tell her how many shares you own (well tell her 1/4), the outstanding shares, and then throw in to the mix 2 billion barrels, the price of oil and leave her alone for a while. The numbers don't have to be exact, and she'll catch on a bit faster.

BUT be careful as she might want to go from girlfriend to bride real fast!
