They haven't mentioned it in any of the past few PR's, but about a year and a half ago, they formed an Oil & Gas Division of Franklin. If Bolivia is sitting on all that natural gas, wouldn't it make sense for the Franklin O&G division to be looking for natgas deals while they're already "in country" doing the mining.

I don't think this notion has been lost on them; this could be even bigger than we now imagine it to be.
