question to the board. when a well is drilled, what would be considered a normal time be considered for a company to release the flow rate after it is brought in? The reason I ask, I have a friend that is in a company that completed a well about 2 weeks ago, and hasn't released the info yet. I am telling him that something is wrong, that they should know by now, and the lack of information should be a warning to him. So if I could get some feedback, it would be a help. I am also telling him that whatever the news is as far as production rate, that that is only initial flow, and that it will generally decrease over time, barring any improvements in the way the get the product out.
