I study and rely on technicals as well and can say emphatically that anyone who waits for a sub-$3.00 re-entry point is going to miss being a part of the incredible opportunity to own more shares of INO as it continues it's ascent. If there's a chance to re-enter below $3.35 I will be a buyer of more shares as low as it goes. GLTA!
