If Eddie "had to bring PRPM current prior to a transfer" why didn't he (on Feb 24th) state that he is "Chairman" with the Wyoming SOS as he currently does on OTC? Why, instead, did he list himself as "President/ Director" in Wyoming-- something he does not do on OTC?

Why is Jeffries no longer mentioned at all in any capacity whatsoever with Wyoming instead of CEO as currently identified with OTC? Luther was temporarily listed as "President/ Director" last week --positions Eddie now occupies. Do these guys have any clue as to what they're doing? Jeffries was announced as "CEO" in this PR dated December 19, 2013. Jeffries is >>NOT<< mentioned at all. IF Eddie is leaving then why did he do this? Why did he list his house as the "principal corporate address" of PRPM? Why did he list his house as the location of LUXURIANTHOLDINGS.COM and the website?

Doesn't sound like a guy who's going anywhere to me! Here's the proof... again:

Then click the blue "PARTIES" tab to see Vakser listed as "President/Director." A week ago it was Jeffries occupying those same positions and Eddies' brother-in-law named "Treasurer/Director." The Wyoming SOS can verify.

The upshot is --Eddie Vakser lied-- he never left-- he never will-- he controls everything (click the blue "PUBLIC NOTES" tab and ask yourself who owns that single "Super K Class - 1 share with %69 Super Vote").
