Ive read a lot about rm and ipo and now have a good understanding of what happens. But, aside from the time frame being much diff and a rm happens months sooner, which one will produce a higher pps? I know nothing is difinitive and no one really knows for sure what's going on, but what is anyones opinion on the new pps?
