Hesitation.

That hesitation worked out great for me. I had my ear to the track holding a very small position at .015 and scored the majority of my position while people were scratching the heads

Same for me.
I had been in and out around a penny, but got and understood the first news and bought in much heavier @ 3 cents, then sold most of it in the teens and twenties for ~500% profit.
BUT - Had I been in at .01 my profits would have been three times as large, ~2000%!

With the much more prominent position and recognition of KBLB now I do not expect another hesitation.
