I think the production is still poor, but if Smith is being forward, it can improve. What we won't see is increased SP for more than these small, short-lived spurts until more wells come on line and PEII begins steady production. A few wells at 25-71 BPD is not profitable nor does it pay the day to day overhead costs. I think there will be spurts of .01ish here and there and that's it. Nothing substantial until Petron is consistent with (wild guess) 50-60% of the wells sustaining production. JMO
