Waiting on the outside vs. waiting on the inside.

There might come a time when it will be worth it to me to move some $ back here. But meanwhile it's much better placed where it is.

The problem with that approach, as has been explained here innumerable times, is that when KBLB moves, it will move very fast and it will not move into your hands (unless you are a Market Maker).
Upon announcement of a truly significant success (first revenue, first profit, first large order fulfilled, etc.) the price of this stock will rise not by percentages but by multiples.
When the first scientific breakthrough was announced KBLB went from 0.01 to 0.2x (2000 %)in about three days.
It went from 3 cents to 20 cents in a day.
And that was at a time when KBLB was a complete unknown.
They actually had to repeat the announcement in simpler terms because their audience did not understand it the first time (hence the hesitation at 3 cents).

Because this stock is heavily controlled / manipulated by MMs, a retail investor, no matter how fast they act, will not have a chance at an early buy.
The MMs will fill their own pockets first, then the accounts of their friends and major customers.
Your order will be held unfulfilled until it expires or until they can sell it to you at 10 times what they bought it for.
In a real (major) exchange this can not happen because orders are filled in first-in first-out sequence.
But this is the OTC-BB where it happens ALL THE TIME!
I have had buy orders hang for 20 minutes while hundreds of thousands of shares are traded at prices well below my bid.
TDAmtrd's excuse? "This is an MMs market where individual orders are bid upon by various MMs, they are not required to fill your order before filling other orders regardless of time or price."

So if you are not in when the balloon goes up, you will need to buy a long ladder.
