So correct me if I'm wrong. If you had 15,000,000 NEOM shares, you will now have 1,000,000. In addition they are increasing outstanding shares from 5B to 7.5B.

So without any kind of vote the people that have invested in this stock up until now are having their shares devalued by approximately 94% (1/15), and factoring in the increase in outstanding shares by another 50% the value of those shares would be reduced by about 1/3?

So, if my math is correct in one fell swoop without any vote or say by the shareholders, the BOD has taken common shareholder value down to about 4.4% of the value of what it was yesterday.

Does that sound about right?
