I have asked many times for proof that parilla was in any other position with a public company other than in a IR role.

So far no proof, that he had anything to do with policy or decision, he could not issue shares or approve , heck he couldn't even vote on anything that had to do with business operations of anything mentioned by that poster. Pure BS plain and simple.
