Because some of us care about others and don't want them to get sucked in to the scam that is called Peter Michaels / HPNN or any other company he has dealt with or will deal with in the future. The man has a record of deception since at least 1999.

History is important, for Michaels it is the KEY to the reason to NOT INVEST in HPNN.
