At what point did Kim put an 8 month time limit on hiring those people? This topic is just ridiculous. The only way he would be lying is if when he made the statement he had no intent on hiring anyone. So if something came up to make it unnecessary to hiring for these positions he would not be lying.

Based on what I have seen in my life. Most quality companies take 6 months to a year to find one qualified professional. Only the piss pour companies hire warm bodies just to fill a spot. Is that what you want Kim to do?

It takes time to find good quality professionals. One company that i know of in my town looked for 18 months for the right production manager. Why because otherwise a lot of time is wasted on the wrong one. only to continue the search later on.

I think you really need to reevaluate your expectations on this subject.
