It does not feel good when the CEO or other insiders sell a large (or even small) number of their shares. Why? because they have the most access to info about what is going on. So their selling often implies they know there are problems.

You really don't know why a person is selling shares.

Insiders are everywhere and in all stocks;a few million shares exchanged and all of a sudden it's time to exit,stage left? Really?

Please read rayovac's posts on ZF....they're both respectful and insightful....in my opinion.

As I told you,I refuse to speak ill of him and won't bring myself to that level.

However I did notice that you've brought the person up yet again....
