Pres. Bush right now: when technology is here to make ethanol from waste/biomass it will be good for the country. Also, barriers of entry into the ethanol industry are low. (competition for FFI)

Looks like FFI has been smart to keep their technolgy plan under wraps until it's locked in AND they have made some progress on the other plant sites. Also, smart to lock in a buyer. After that, let the competition do what they want.
