Not so fast, unfortunately we don't have access to RXNB
books, as to their losses, especially the losses accrued
through their massive product FDA re-call, or even their
supposed $27M annual revenues.
All I found online is this site that indicates revenues of
$500k.

For the record, there are very few Pharma companies that
generate revenues of $27M within three years.
Lastly, it begs the question, if Bill and Sam were pulling in
$27M, why seek outside financing for the Grow Op to begin with?
Why give up 25% equity, if they seemingly had the capital?
