I don't know if the point is that the must be filed with the federal SEC. They are part the state regulatory system. You could be right, I just don't know. But I did the work to show you how to get them because you said you didn't know how to find them (annoying). They are available to the public and you can request them from the Nevada Secretary of State or you could just ask the company directly to supply them to you.
