I'd agree to a certain extent, and completely agree with the "Well that is an big annoyance of his that SHs shouldn't have to endure.", but it appears that 1) HHSE's record keeping has some big problems, like maybe their financials are figured out on the back of a napkin. At least it appears so. 2) EP keeps coming up with stuff that at best indicates he has no idea what he's talking about, at least time-frame wise, and at worst has no intention of ever completing.
I too was hoping that since their blog listed "review and discussion of completed audits" that it might actually happen. Oh well, since that's nothing new for HHSE.
