Farmers & Merchants Bank of Long Beach Declares First-Quarter Cash Dividend of $22 Per Share (2/21/14)

LONG BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Farmers & Merchants Bank of Long Beach (OTCBB: FMBL) today announced that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $22 per share on the Bank’s common stock. The quarterly dividend is payable on March 31, 2014 to shareholders of record as of March 14, 2014.
