That clearly is correct, you have no idea. Best selling list, as in SALES (never though I'd have to spell that out). Reviewed and the majority are actually 4 and 5 star reviews, funny that was left out. And do the people with 1 have sleep apnea. Seems to work for 70% or more of the people at least somewhat, for a medical spray, that's actually pretty good, but again, you'd have to have some idea.

Btw, never heard, what part of the patent don't you understand? It's a good read, and gasp, yes, it's a natural spray, and has olive oil. so now it's TOO natural for you? LOL!!!
