Anything that hasnt been discussed yet, has to be put out to everyone prior to the meeting. As they stated, that is the only "material" event to discuss. They obviously do not have the audit done, as it would have to be stated prior to the shareholder meeting. If anything else is given that is unknown during the meeting to only a select few, that is considered insider information
