For the Form 10 registration IF 2011 was not done by 2/15, the two years needed would be 2012/ 2013. Those two could be used until 2/15/15 at which 2012 would be dropped.
2012 has to be done.....
The SEC allowed the 10 q filing WITHOUT the Form 10, there has to be a reason for that.
