The a/s was raised to 100 billion to accommodate the 30 billion share offering. The selling in connection with the offering has already begun, and the o/s has already risen dramatically: from 227 million shares to 12 billion shares.

I don't know how long it will take for the 30 billion to be dumped. A few months seems reasonable. But as share price drops, selling will probably accelerate.
