Jay, is an honest poster who believes in TMMI. His posts have been civil and on point. Even though he and I disagree on certain points, I do respect his opinions and civility.
One of the two companies will be deflowered coming up on March 7th. If it is TMMI then there will certainly be some "explaining to do."
Some here say that the lawsuit is no big deal. In my opinion it's a really big deal because it calls into question things other than just ownership of VDK2.0. The questions have been raised about us owning anything. Current management would certainly lose some credibility and I do believe it should/would foster lawsuits to those that talked TMMI into it and assisted them in the lawsuit presentation. That's why I always thought that this was a high risk/very low reward situation for TMMI.
If Dimension were to lose, a death blow might be felt. Based on the judge's preliminary report, I don't see Dimension losing. Especially when one of the key star witnesses for TMMI was self incriminated of fraud through his own deposition.
