Seems strange as economy seems to be stuck in first gear and only increasing earnings by laying off some more dead wood -- baby boomers in 50's -- and overworking remainder of workers without mercy least they become part of next round of layoffs that market is soaring higher to a point where shorts can actually may be able make 20% return on short sale soon.

Market shows no restraint either on upside o downside.
