There are a few that are close at least. Merck, PG, Ibm come to mind. There are so many that are off their highs that I'm not really surprised that out of 30 stocks we don't see new highs here and given that a few are close, I don't think it matters that much.

The thing about naz though......... the ones making new highs aren't the "name" stocks (other than amgn and amzn, ebay and yahoo). They are things like medical equipment makers.
