I heard on occasion contrarian thinking is profitable in the pennies. In the face of negative news and banter what could possibly be disruptive?. For fun; what card up the sleeve could Scheer be holding that could possibly impact iron clad contracts that Horizon and M/H have/claim?. At least to allow a ch. 11. That a judge would consider interesting?. Does he have evidence of collusion between the lenders?. Does he have evidence of the kind of manipulation claimed in M/H lawsuit (ie: schemeing with Horizon, M/H, paying bashers on MBs, MM manip., big oil/chem lobby, etc,...)?. If one 'followed the money' or mused who stands to profit?. What would they come up with?.
