TEP62 there is no paperwork or anything else being worked on or filed except for Jeff or Duncan Dumping all the shares he can whenever he can in either of his companies. NO CEO CAN ONLY TELL A SELECT FEW WHAT IS GOING ON....THAT WE ALL KNOW IS ILLEGAL. Don't believe what you read here about getting off the GREY's, Quiet Period as it is all total BS!!! Call you broker and a few other brokers and they will tell you after looking at KMAG's suspension and nothing since then except a PR to keep the herd satisfied that this TURKEY is cooked. Jeff is worried now about how to dump his 300 plus shares of his other stock before the SEC takes any further action against KMAG or his other public SCAM!!!


BUYER BEWARE THIS STOCK IS BEING PUMPED ONLY BY BOARD MEMBERS HERE WHO SAY IT IS GOING OVER A DOLLAR OR TWO DUE TO ALL KINDS OF DEALS AND CONTRACTS...HOWEVER NONE AR WILLING TO PAY A LITTLE OVER A PENNEY FOR SUCH A SURE THING!!!
