Over the years NNVC has been frugal with their cash, and has diluted far less than similar companies starting as a Pink sheet shell. This is a fact.

They've been frugal by getting other institutions to pay for the early pre-clinical trials. This is one reason progress at first seemed slow, but it's definitely a PLUS in terms of the amount of money they've had to raise.
