Kyros - When you can, would you comment on the following post from another board, TIA:
With 18700 megawatts, operating cuts and relatively high electricity prices in NE, MIR US power will generate similar earnings as 4thq 2002, around $0.10 to $0.15 from power operations in US. Throw in another $0.02 from international operations. The big unknown is the natural gas trading operations in which MIR is extremely heavily involved in Canada. With more than 600 cubic meters marketing contracts and storage services, MIR is naturally long, depending on the hedging activity, MIR will earn anywhere between $.10 - $0.25 US (Base on 3-6% of 3 billion dollars the natural gas contracts are worth). I tend to think the higher side is likely. So expect Mir earning to be between $0.22cents to $0.40. Most likely $0.35/share.
