Systems America, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SYAI) ("Systems America" or the "Company"), a premier provider of cloud computing and information technology solutions, announced today that its Board of Directors of the Company has approved a new share buyback program through open market or privately negotiated transactions depending on prevailing market conditions and other factors. As the first step of the buyback program, the Board authorized the Company to buy back up to 50 million of its common shares on a post forward split basis.
