brig...big pharma is changing these days. They are doing less R&D themselves since the risk is taken out by letting others move forward and stepping in when it looks like they may get a winner.

The dynamics are changing and partnerships are on the rise. Take a look at what Pfizer is doing:

Cash on hand will dictate at what price management decides to go for when an offer is made. Some will take offers early and others will string it out later for more cash.

Something like curing the flu should bring very nice offers.
