Manti that has been the dilution track record here for years. All people have to know is they increased A/S back to 2.5 billion. They will sell them all at any price it takes to keep sellling them. Never ending creation of common baggholders is what QASP does. All under the control of the prefrred shreholders. Who don't care how much they dilute.
