CORRECT…management has failed to deliver over and over….someone tell me WHO is going to care that NNVC went through the technical requirements to get listed on the NYSE all the while they have failed to execute on a marketable money making end product?….9 long years and an uplist that not only doesn't add to the bottom line but actually costs them more to comply to NYSE requirements?….rather than R/S the shareholders and spending all that money to uplist shareholders would have better served with effort on producing a product to sell….i strongly suspect management is more interested in the stock price and lining their own pockets with bloated salaries……does anyone one know the size and structure of their options?
