Excuse me but why do you suppose they went to the trouble to put it in black and white in the agreement that they can sell, hedge and short at any time?

Seems to me anyone that can sell, hedge or short a penny stock is a penny stock trader.

At best this is a glorified hedge fund. Of course we really don’t know who they are as they want to remain anonymous. Only that it is a Nevada Company that was just formed.
