There is evidence the JV hasn't diluted a single share yet.

CANX has not been issued any shares. As per the JV they have 200M warrants which may be converted.

If they convert they

A. Must pay PHOT the strike price
B. PHOT must register the shares as O/S

Since we are still at approximately 735M O/S, I know exactly how many the JV has given a MM. Zero.

Not that they won't...but we will know when they do. Something to watch.
