issued Carl Bellitti, unrelated and non-affiliated independent contractor, 25,000,000 shares of restricted common
stock containing the restrictive legend, at $0.006 per share, to eliminate $150,000 of compensation due under the
terms of a services agreement, and reducing the company’s debt by the same amount, and acquiring license
rights to proprietary technology and assets.


Seems to me the fact that he was an independent contractor making a significant amount of money and sold rights to NTEK certainly would have been worthy of a mention in the press release. it just comes across they were hiding that fact - just sayin'
