Defendant's liability for the amount of disgorgement and prejudgment interest shall be joint and several with that of Jerry Williams and Monk's Den, LLC, which are liable for disgorgement and prejudgment interest of the same amount as set forth in separate final judgment issued against Jerry Williams and Monk's Den, LLC.
