Focus on the real issue(s). Nuff for now...... Troy[end.] (iHub Reference) Private Messages: ... Our policy is that we will not deliver the contents of private messages to anyone... [stop.] Troy, The "[iHub, a.k.a. Bob & Matt] will not deliver Private Messages" is a sentence fragmint that reminds me of my limitations to contruck propeller Englsih words together in harmingie. For example, "we will not deliver the contents of private messages to anyone" says that eventhought you can send and receive PMs, iHub will not deliver them to you. As in you can place a letter into a US Mailbox, but the post office will not deliver it. The interpretation being used on this board for "[iHub's] policy is that we will not deliver the contents of private messages to anyone" is in error when one says that Matt violated the clause. The "will not deliver the contents" has a clear meaning to folks who have an ability to read & understand above what has been demo'ed on this Jailhouse board in regard to saying Matt broke that promise. The meaning of "will not deliver the contents" is iHub's stand for the situation that a person being an iHub member or not asks iHub to display or send them a PM made by a person not of themselves, during a time frame and set of conditions. What iHub members do with PMs they have received and have access to in their mailbox or archieve is not part of the Terms of Use agreement. As for why is simply, PMs are a function of Trust & Respect. ___________________________________________________ Si's Doug AK gotmilk & skunk cabbage, no Zurnip or Krispy Kreme
