I think it's a little misleading to throw out terms like joint venture and partnership in regards to HHSE's relationship with NTEK. It doesn't seem like a jv in any formal sense. I could be wrong, but it appears to me that HSSE management has simply procured a service from NTEK.

I believe this relationship was a bit overplayed in the beginning to generate buzz based off of NTEK's success in elevating their shareprice. It was certainly effective in bringing some new eyes to our stock. However, I fail to see that this is any kind of jv or partnership.

If Eric Parkinson gets his oil changed at Jiffy Lube, would we go around saying they are partners or engaged in a joint venture? Does Jiffy Lube provide a valuable service? Sure, but it seems like that is all it is -- a service provider. If Jiffy Lube's management is shady, does that affect the quality of the oil change they provided? Most likely not.

That's the way I look at it, anyway.
