smoke em brings up a good point. for health canada, this is a process by design.

it is their way of mitigating risk incase something falls through on fitx's end, not the other way around.

the govt cant give the final out the door approval this early, in a new industry like this with new corporations as fitx. by going this far, they already have. what will be the deal maker for the govt is to see financial solvency of the company stays intact & rev flow start from production deals.
