Flafly, to be clear loyalty is way down the list of the things I was considering over a year ago buying a .01 stock. I figure most people in the Penny market know it is high risk gambling and that they are 100% responsible for the trouble they get themselves into.

12yearplan, a company that has 34 million shares O/S on November 21, 2012 and issues 1 billion shares in the next 364 days shows no loyalty to shareholders.
