Well the MSJ was brought up by ATVI on 2013-06-18 and worlds filled an opposition to that motion on 2013-07-09 the Judge came back on 2013-08-09 with the result.
Since she has taken a month to respond after a document was filled that we will see a result in early March. She has everything she needs... This is the oldest case in her docket and it should take precedence over all other civil cases
