Addressing the no-construction happening and build-before having a license issues posted here today.
First: For those that have read the posts saying there is nothing happening at the site I have copied a post from the FB page. I'm sure anyone that actually does live near the site will be glad to confirm this.

Jim St. Louis - I just drove by the construction site. Looks like there has been more activity since last week. Rebar and concrete reinforcement mesh on site.

Second: For those that read the posts questioning the wisdom of building before getting the grow license, it is really simple. In order to get the license, the facility has to be built!!!!! It has to be built to spec and pass the requirements for licensure in order to get approved to grow!!! YOU CAN NOT OBTAIN A LICESE TO GROW UNTIL YOU HAVE A FACILITY THAT HAS PASSED INSPECTION.... PERIOD!
So... I hope nobody freaked out about the no-construction going on posts, and clearly understand the licensing process as far as building first. We all know what is going on here, there is always a lot of posting like this before what could be a huge day. Tomorrow looks like it could potentially be a huge day with a lot of good PR over the weekend and the BI article today,
NO MATTER WHAT, HOLD ON TO YOUR SHARES... DO NOT BE SCARED OUT OF THEM BY THESE POSTS... THE OPEN HOUSE IS THIS FRI-SAT AND YOU WILL KNOW THE TRUTH THEN.
